Everyone deserves to experience a positive and meaningful life. Whether you are going through a difficult experience or looking to increase fulfilment in your life, we help people reflect on their thoughts, emotions, and life situations, to become more connected to themselves and the lives they want to live.

OUR SERVICES

We work individually with adolescents, young adults, adults and provide parenting and carer support, including in the perinatal period.

Adults, Young Adults & Adolescents

Anyone can experience benefit from the skills, understanding and self-awareness that comes from seeing a psychologist at any stage in their life. You don’t need to have a mental health condition to see a psychologist and find it helpful.

Parent and Carer Support

Parents and carers often benefit from additional supports themselves during difficult times for their babies, children and young people. Bringing up the next generation is demanding work, and working with a psychologist can help you to be the parent or carer you want to be for the children in your life.

Organisations & Professionals

We are passionate about supporting and retaining our valuable local workforce. We offer training, supervision, and secondary consultation to psychologists as well as other health, education and welfare professionals.

Ready to talk?

You do not need a referral to see a psychologist, you can simply contact the clinic to ask about how we might be able to assist you. However, with certain types of referral and funding schemes, you may be eligible for a rebate of part of the session fee.
